National Solar Competition


SEPA’s predominant aim is to reorient students’ thought processes as they are ideally placed to drive these efforts towards Sustainable Development.

Sustainability and Energy Practitioner Association (SEPA) is focused on creating awareness and in disseminating knowledge to them through Workshops, Seminars and Webinars, Centers of Excellence, Student Chapters, in association with Reputed Institutions. 

National solar competition

July - 2023 to October-2023

This year, SEPA is organising a National Solar Competition in 2023, for Students from Universities and other Institutions across the country. Alongside these competitions, Students will participate in Workshops that will discuss various Technological and Policy issues, pertaining to the Solar Generation Industry and related fields.

This year the National Solar Competition 2023, will commence in July- 2023 at Coimbatore and culminating in October- 2023, at New Delhi. The Competition has 3 stages and cash awards totalling Rs. Six Lakhs.


  • The objective of the competition is to promote clean energy in the minds of young people in the the field of sustainable living and to achieve the NetZero 2070 target.
  • The National Solar Competition for Students will definitely bridge the gap between institutions and the industry. Young students’ skill set will increase their interest in energy conservation, potentially leading to proactive change among them.
